Delete your Liftvel account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app (quickest)

  1. Open Liftvel and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile and tap the gear button (Settings).
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

It's the same on the web app at app.liftvel.com.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@liftvel.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Liftvel account". We'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, @username, posts, shared photos, comments, reactions, messages, Shop listings, gym check-ins, trainer and buddy links, and your workout backup are deleted permanently. This can't be undone.

Workouts and progress photos saved on your phone stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.
